What is Myotherapy?
Myotherapy is the evidence-based assessment, treatment and rehabilitation of musculoskeletal pain and associated conditions.
Beginning my journey by completing a Cert 4 of massage 2012, going on to Remedial Therapist in 2013 and finishing the Advanced Diploma of Myotherapy in March 2015.
During my training I worked closely with a Physiotherapist and Exercise Physiologist at the Monbulk Football Club, therefore this valuable training gave me an insight to acute injury and the treatment to get the players back on the field.
Opening this home-based practice in 2013. Looking after the needs of the local people and outer lying areas.
I love living and working in the Pakenham area and look forward to meeting and helping you achieve your goals.
