Giving you a gentle approach to recovery
Welcome to Sharon Trapnell Myotherapy
Myotherapy is an evidence-based approach to the assessment, treatment, and rehabilitation of musculoskeletal pain and related conditions.
My journey began in 2012 with a Certificate IV in Massage, followed by becoming a Remedial Therapist in 2013, and completing my Advanced Diploma of Myotherapy in March 2015.
During my training, I had the privilege of working alongside a Physiotherapist and Exercise Physiologist at the Monbulk Football Club, where I gained invaluable experience in treating acute injuries and helping athletes return to the field.
I opened this home-based practice in 2013, proudly serving the needs of the local community and surrounding areas. After living and working in Pakenham for 20 years, I have now brought my practice to the beautiful town of Drouin, and I look forward to meeting you and supporting your health journey.
